The key difference is in the number of reports that users would be able to get. Depending on number of companies that you plan on analyzing each month you should select the tariff plan. Furthermore, higher tariff plans allow users to feed us more private data that is available to users to enhance the analysis of each company the user is looking into.
Does the quality of the report change depending on tariff plan?
No, the quality of the report stays the same regardless of the tariff plan. Although, upper tariff plan users have access to more databases, thus, are able to get more insights and deeper analysis on extra criterias. Therefore, while selecting a tariff plan, it is recommended to evaluate the need for insights in extra databases that go in upper tariff plans.
Can I upgrade the tariff plan if I already have one?
Yes, you can. If you are already a user of one tariff plan, by upgrading you would get the extra benefits of the new tariff plus you would be enable to utilize the limits of the previous tariff plan until it ends at the end of its useful period (a month from purchase)
How does the subscription payment work?
The subscription amount is charged to your account every month on the day that you started your tariff plan.
If i stop paying subscription, would i lose access to my account and information stored in it?
No, you would not lose access to your account. In case, you stop paying the subscription fee or cancel the tariff plan, you would still have access to your personal space and to all the documents that you had there. Although, you would not be able to generate new reports nor use our AI assistant for new queries.
Is it safe to provide Contraview with proprietary data?
Yes, it is 100% safe, the data that users provide us is stored separately and not used in any other way but to benefit the user that shared that information. Other users would not have any access to knowledge shared with us, nor to any knowledge that we share with the user.
How long is subscription active?
The subscription is active full month from the period of purchase (30 days) with automatic prolongation. The subscription can be canceled at any point of time.
How can I cancel the subscription?
The subscription can easily be canceled at any point of time in user’s personal space. In case, user is dissatisfied with the product during its first month use, we guarantee full refund.
